Is there an easy way to automate Amazon Connect metrics collection?
Amazon Connect is a service on AWS that has a collection of real-time and historical metrics available on its dashboard. Has anyone had any success managing these? I've considered downloading them as a CSV, but that is a manual process and not sustainable. Also recommended was using their Kinesis service, but that seems to be on the expensive side and I don't need such a robust solution. I just would like some basic reporting, preferably in my own database. Is there a solution somewhere in between these two extremes?
