Email Injection prevention from a domain

I am getting a different email spam addresses from same domain like
user12345#example.com
user12346#example.com
user12347#example.com
user12348#example.com
user12349#example.com
Which is causing lot of spam submissions on my website ?
Hard-coding domains and block listing are the options that I wanted to see lastly.
Need some expert ideas to prevent this.
